Winter Solstice Sound Bath

During the winter season we are experiencing the longest and darkest nights of the year and the shortest days. The dark triumphs over the light, but this signifies a turning point & a sacred time of rest and reflection before the slow build toward brighter days. The winter season asks us to go within so that new inspirations can emerge. As we consciously link our awareness to nature’s cycles, our understanding of our own personal growth cycles begin to deepen. To offer ourselves this time to change for the better we will meet in the Geode Dome for a practice of meditation & stillness while passively listening to the Hz Healing of crystal singing bowls that will leave you connected, rested & ready for any change of the new season!
