We believe that ALL women should experience a weekend retreat but we can’t always get away for an entire weekend. So we’ve packed the experience of a weekend retreat into an accessible and powerful DAY retreat just for YOU! Bonus: No travel required!!

We’re partnering with the stunning Seven Mile Winery for a day tailored to helping you feel empowered, healthy and beautiful from the inside out..alongside some other high vibe women!

What to Expect:

10:00am: Check in, claim your mini wellness bag, grab a snack + remember to bring your coffee!

10:10am: Morning vinyasa and sound bath – bring your yoga mat! We’ll be led in an outdoor yoga flow and then kick off our morning with an energizing sound bath by Essential Healing

11:00am In-depth meet n greet + crafting groups! Don’t worry, we’ll explain all you need to know about this before the event…Then we’ll dismiss you for lunch by group.

11:30am: Catered lunch provided by Get Dished (Tickets MUST be purchased by August 1st in order to guarantee lunch and select your meal option in time. Tickets purchased after this date will NOT include lunch and you will need to pack your own meal for the day)

12pm: Empowerment workshop + coaching circles led by our emcee, Sherry Mukasa Matemachani, followed by a group painting experience to express your creativity and let out your inner child

1pm-2:30pm: Experience Stations – Check out what’s being offered and pamper yourself with local experience stations like chair massage, brow waxing, facials, and more!

2 :45pm: Burn Party – Head to the firepit to let go of limiting beliefs and old baggage.

More About The Event Flow:

Much of our Day Retreat will take place outdoors to soak up the beautiful vineyard views and fresh air! Be sure to bring a yoga mat, sunscreen, and wear cool, comfortable clothes so you can fully enjoy the experience. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll either move to an indoor space or offer a rain date – so either way, the retreat is still on!
