Self-Care Day Retreat

This day retreat is your time to getaway, breathe fresh air & recharge with healing practices to be able to take on the world as the best version of yourself! Through yoga, meditation & specialized practices we will nourish the relationship with ourselves & share in the magic of our community. You will have the option for reiki sessions, intuitive art with Julii Hall, aroma therapy savasana assists & hz healing sound bath with Colleen Gallick.
The Geode Dome has space to hang outside by the campfire or stay cozy under the Dome. Spots are limited to stay socially distant.
A plant-based meal & snacks will be provided. Bring your own yoga mat & props to use.
