New Moon Circle

On the New Moon we rest. Without the light of the moon in the sky we are reminded to sit quietly with ourselves & to listen to our unique intuition. From our intuition we set an intention for how we act & the choices we make for the two weeks leading up to the Full Moon. Together at Tranquility’s Yoga Space we will meet on the night of September’s New Moon for a gentle yin-style yoga practice & a quiet meditation. With a couple added rituals throughout you will have an understanding of what you need & what you need to do to live with intention & work toward your goals
