Intro to Mindfulness Series

“Mindfulness” means something a little different to everyone & this 4 week series led by Colleen Gallick is to help figure out what it means to you. As a group we will explore different breath work, meditations & intentions to experience time spent with yourself in news ways. At the end of the series everyone will have “mindfulness tools” to take with you and incorporate into your life on & off your yoga mat.
This series is for those who are new to, but curious about, meditation as well as those who have a meditation practice & want to add something new to it. Bring a journal & an open mind!
Week 1: Meditation through the senses
Week 2: Meditation to withdraw from the senses
Week 3: Meditation to cultivate focus
Week 4: Meditation to expand consciousness
