Be the Light Campaign’s Mental Health Gallery Exhibit
August 14 @ 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We will be showcasing local artists, exhibiting large installations and sharing local Mental Health stories to create a conversation that promotes compassion, kindness and understanding in our community.
This event will include diverse perspectives and experiences with Mental Health – the hard times, the confusing times, personal reflection and a path to healing.
Whether you are a support system or personally experiencing a difficult time, we’d like to invite you to join us.
5:00-5:45: Sound Bath by Essential Healing (sound healing with specific frequencies that create a calm mental state with relaxing sounds) under an art installation by Dana Lynn Harper
6:00-7:30: Artist Mental Health Panel Discussion by Empathize with Me
7:30-10:00: Celebration/Fundraising Event (snacks & drinks provided)
*We are looking for sponsors (food, beverage & financial) for this event. If you, or someone you know, may be interested, please let us know!
