Sound Bath with Reiki in the Tranquility Salt Cave

We will meet in the Tranquility Salt Cave for an hour of deep healing and energy alignment through sound & Reiki. Colleen will lead a Hz Healing sound bath with frequencies from crystal singing bowls to focus on connecting our bodies and minds. During the sound bath, Kayleigh will be offering Reiki energy healing- gentle touch working with the body’s energy field to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system regulation.
