Sound Bath Meditation in the Salt Cave


This practice of guided meditation & sound meditation will help you settle into your body, breath and mind by gentle bringing you out of consciousness into the expansive subconscious. Colleen Gallick will lead us through an active practice of meditating with breath and intention that will then lead us into a passive practice of listening. We will end with a long final resting pose with an energy-aligning singing bowls song.
