DESCRIPTION:Yoga nidra is a meditative form of yogic sleep where we lie down completely relaxed and allow a withdraw of our senses. This brings the mind out of consciousness but not quite into sleep\, it will feel like a deep meditation. The practice of yoga nidra includes a full-body scan and guided meditation to encourage all systems of the body to slow down. In the salt cave we will lie in zero gravity chairs\, sit surrounded by salt and breathe while salt is diffused into the air helping to open airways and relax your body from the inside out. DESCRIPTION:The Self-Care Series is not only a way for us to come together to connect our physical bodies in movement\, but a space where we can come together to cultivate community and encourage the conversation. This series will allow us to learn new techniques to be kind to our bodies\, our minds\, and ultimately\, to each other. \nMid-May is bringing back two more of our Self-Care Series OGs! We’ve got Lianne Redcay and Colleen Gallick bringing us a evening of empowerment! \nPlease join us the evening of Tuesday\, May 18th for a 30 minute HIIT workout\, 15 minute motivational meditation from Lianne and Colleen’s empowering Sound Bath to finish the night! You’re welcome to bring a journal if you’d like to note anything that comes up during this amazing lineup. The event will be about an hour & a half which will leave time to meet these ladies as well as all of the other babes attending. \nYou will be asked to bring our own yoga mat\, water bottle\, and a towel (if you’d like). There will be light snacks and NA drinks for you to enjoy. You are welcome to BYOB if you wanna treat yourself!
