Together we will settle into the cave for a Hz Healing sound bath by Colleen Gallick while Melissa Dickens offers reiki to each woman. Included will be a halotherapy session of breathing in pure salt to cleanse and strengthen your immune system. Wine & refreshments are available & all you need to do is show up ready to rest!

DESCRIPTION:On the New Moon we rest. Without the light of the moon in the sky we are reminded to sit quietly with ourselves to listen to our unique intuition. From that we set an intention for how we act & the choices we make for the two weeks leading up to the Full Moon. Together in the Tranquility Salt Cave we will meet on the night of the New Moon for a practice led by Colleen Gallick incorporating guided meditation & an energy-aligning Hz Healing sound bath. With a couple added rituals you will have an understanding of what you need & what you need to do to live with intention.\nPlease bring clean white socks.

DESCRIPTION:Wether or not balancing our lives feels easy there is a duality we can appreciate when we enjoy a busy\, eventful life and when we take time for ourselves to relax. This practice led by Colleen Gallick will be our way to appreciate duality in sound & silence\, focus & rest\, doing & being. In the Tranquility Salt Cave during a halotherapy session we will relax in zero gravity chairs while the cave is filled with the frequencies of singing bowls and other instruments. Along with this Hz Healing sound we will begin and end in silent meditation to invite in your unique intention of how you can move into the rest of your year without too much of one thing- balancing at its best.
