DESCRIPTION:Summer Solstice Celebration | Saturday\, June 22nd from 10:30am-12:30pm at the Whetstone Park of Roses with Colleen\nWelcome in the summer season! As yogis we will celebrate together through movement\, breath & heart-felt intention to celebrate the new season. Colleen Gallick will lead our practice of meditation in motion with 108 sun salutations (9 sets of 12) and before each set of salutations\, we will set an intention to bring purpose into our practice.\nThe 108 is a re-set four times a year when we come to our mats to understand where we are in our bodies & how we have arrived in our minds.\n“You are welcome to do only as many salutations as you please but after all 108 there is a lightness & clarity that has made this one of my favorite practices & I can’t wait to share it with you!”
